  Annual General Meeting
2009 AGM Visits The Walt Disney World Resort

Overview

U.S. Soccer's 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida on March 13 and 14, 2009. The Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort served as host to U.S. Soccer's 2005 Annual General Meeting and is located in close proximity to many of Walt Disney World Resort's key attractions.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) serves as U.S. Soccer’s national meeting with all constituents from the youth, adult, professional and athlete councils. Representatives from each of these councils discuss administrative issues, review and vote on rule changes and conduct various other businesses during the course of the event.

AGM Registration
Online AGM Registration is now open for the 2009 AGM in Orlando, FL. Registrations will be accepted until March 6, 2009. After that date, all registration must take place on-site during the Annual General Meeting.

Registration fees
2009 AGM registration for all delegates of member organizations is complimentary, up to the number of votes for each organization (based on votes allotted at the 2008 meeting). Additional delegate, alternate, and guest registrations are subject to a $150.00 registration fee.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Each attendee will receive an e-mail confirmation after their registration is confirmed with U.S. Soccer. Should you submit a registration and then have a change in delegates and/or alternates, please advise U.S. Soccer of this change by March 1, 2009. Changes after March 1, 2009 will incur a $20.00 processing fee for each change.
